Recycle your un-recyclables!
Emmanuel Mennonite Church is a drop-off point for recycling programs partnered with TerraCycle, a company that specializes in recycling stuff that normally can’t be recycled, breaking them down to raw formats that are returned to manufacturers for making new products. Because manufacturers sponsor these recycling programs, we get free shipping labels to send our collected recycling to Terracycle.
*Accepted Items:
Dental Products
Mouthwash bottles & caps (if not recyclable in household bins)
Toothpaste tubes & caps
Disposable dental flossers
Manual toothbrushes
Floss containers
Writing Utensils
Pens & caps
Markers & caps
Mechanical pencils
Shaving Products
Disposable razors
Razor blades
Shaving product packaging (if not recyclable in household bins)
Air Care and Cleaning Products
Plastic air fresheners and air freshener refill cartridges
Plastic bottle trigger heads, pumps and caps (not from bleach, toilet cleaner, or pest sprays)
Plastic air care and home care product packaging (If not recyclable in household bins)
Flexible cleaning wipe packaging
*Items do not have to be fully cleaned, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible.
